Tehran(IP): The Iranian Foreign Minister while receiving the Saudi Ambassador to Tehran said that the bilateral coop between the two sides is to the benefit of the region.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian received Abdullah bin Saud Al-Enezi, the ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Iran, on Wednesday.

In this meeting, the ambassador of Saudi Arabia submitted the message of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia in response to the message of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, regarding the developments in Gaza.

Saudi Arabia's Ambassador also presented the congratulatory messages of the King and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the victory of Iran's Islamic Revolution.

In this meeting, Amir-Abdollahian, expressing his satisfaction with the growing trend of relations between the two countries, expressed hope that these relations will increase in a balanced manner in all fields and levels.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran also considered the increase of bilateral cooperation to the benefit of both countries and the region.

The ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia emphasized that Saudi Arabia's view on the relations between the two countries is strategic and not tactical, and emphasized that he, on behalf of the high leadership of Saudi Arabia, must promote relations in all fields.

Saudi diplomat also added that he is following up on the issue of Umrah flights and expressed hope that the problem of these flights will be resolved soon. 219
