Iran's foreign minister said that Ashgabat and Tehran are interested in the development and consolidation of bilateral cooperations.

Iran PressIran news: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, in a message on X social platform, said: "During my trip to Ashgabat, I met and talked with President Sardar Berdimuhamedov, National Leader Gharbangali Berdimuhamedov, and Rashid Murdov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan."

Iran's Foreign Minister, referring to the agreements between the presidents of Iran and Turkmenistan, stated that bilateral cooperation in the fields of economy and trade, energy, transit, counter-terrorism and consular affairs and developments in Afghanistan, Ukraine and Gaza are on the agenda by the two countries.

Amir-Abdollahian emphasized that the development and consolidation of cooperation is of interest to both Turkmenistan and Iran. 219
