Iran Press/ Europe: According to ICC's verdict, FORAFINA was sentenced to pay compensation to Iranian chemical victims for selling raw materials to make chemical weapons to the Baathist regime of Iraq during Saddam's war against Iran.
The court verdict is related to the lawsuit filed by 5 victims of chemical weapons against two Dutch companies, known as the "Chemical Victims" case, November 15, 2023.
