Iran Press/ Iran news: Publishing a post on his X account on Thursday, Abbass Araghchi said: "Era of European malign 'divide & rule' interference in our region is long over."
Araghchi pointed to the joint statement issued in the end of an EU-GCC Summit which claim the separation of Iranian three islands from the Persian Gulf and wrote: "The three islands have always belonged to Iran, and will forever remain as such."
"To us, it is becoming clear that path of respectful cooperation we offered in several meetings, including in New York, is being met with European desire for confrontation—including via absurd accusation that Iran is engaged in "occupation," he noted.
