Iran Press/Middle East: Participating in the resistance gathering on Wednesday, Lebanese and Palestinian clerics and representatives of resistance groups said that IRGC was a key partner in the defeat of US-Israeli plots in the region, Iran press reported.
Sheikh Maher Hammoud, Chairman of the International Union of Resistance Scholars in Lebanon, said at a conference in support of the IRGC in Beirut that the Iranian and IRGC practical commitment to the Palestinian cause is a thorn in the side of the US and the Zionist regime.
America's anti-IRGC action comes after a string of setbacks for the arrogant front at the hands of the Islamic resistance front with the IRGC playing a key role in defeating the Americans.

Ali Abdul Karim Ali, the Syrian ambassador to Lebanon, praised the IRGC's undeniable role in defusing the evil of 'Hebrew, Arabic, American' terrorists from the region, saying: "The strength of the IRGC today and the resistance axis is beholden to their popular status In the region."
On Apr. 08, US President Donald Trump accused Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps of alleged financing and promoting terrorism in the region, a baseless accusation which the country strongly rejected.
In support of the IRGC, 255 out of 290 Iranian lawmakers issued a statement on April 8, stressing that the Majlis will respond reciprocally to any US measure against the IRGC as part of the Iranian military forces.
Also, the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) approved the generalities of the bill on the evening of 16 April regarding reciprocal measures in relation to United States labeling and listing the IRGC as a terrorist group.
