Trump's decision to stand by Saudi Prince has Netanyahu's fingerprints on It
Israel's leading newspaper Haaretz says Israeli Prime minister is playing a preventive role in collapse of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and gaining US support for him.
Iran Press/ Middle East: According to Iran Press, Israel's Haaretz newspaper reported the main reason for Netanyahu's action supporting Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) is the crown prince's role in opposing Iran and supporting Arab countries normalisation of relations with Israel.
According to Haaretz, Netanyahu needs Saudi regime to continue normalising relations with Arab countries. Sultanate of Oman is also among destination countries for Israeli PM and he is hopeful of normalising relations with Bahrain too.
Lebanon's al-Ahd news network reported: "The Israeli regime had said it loudly that it is more than half a century we are waiting for someone like Mohammed bin Salman (MbS) governing Saudi Arabia."
Bin Salman also told the TIME magazine that the regimes in Saudi Arabia and Israel had “a common enemy” and that they could immediately normalise their relations once the Palestine issue was resolved. He was apparently referring to Iran. 209/204
