The head of the Houthis’ supreme revolutionary committee, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, said that US is responsible for “this ugly massacre of Yemeni children” and blamed the United States for the crime.
The United States and other Western powers provide arms and intelligence to Saudi and its' allies, and human rights groups have criticized them over their strikes that have killed hundreds of civilians at hospitals, schools and markets.
On Thursday, Saudi warplanes attacked the vehicle at a market in the town of Dahyan in Sa’ada, leaving at least 51 civilians people dead, including 40 children, and nearly 80 others injured.
The Houthi-run al-Masirah TV on Monday quoted a health official as saying another child had died from his wounds, raising the toll to 52.
