Iranian foreign minister said that his country is exposed to economic terrorism, committed by the US administration.

Iran Press/America: Speaking at the annual meeting of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in New York on Wednesday, Mohammad Javad Zarif described the US economic war against Iran, as the biggest threat against the development of the country and the region.

UN’s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), includes a three-day ministerial segment from Tuesday to Thursday.

Zarif added that despite these unilateral measures, Iranians have tried hard to overcome the problems caused by these sanctions and find their way to a better future, Iran Press reported.

Earlier in an interview with CNN, Zarif said that US serious limitation for Iranian diplomats in the United Nations is "inhumane."

The United States has tightly restricted the travel of more than a dozen Iranian diplomats and their families living in New York, according to a US diplomatic note to sent to the Iran Mission to the United Nations. 101/104
