Iran Press/Iran news: The Leader's Representative in Khorasan Razavi province, northeastern Iran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Alamolhoda, said that the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) has been the authority and dignity of the Islamic regime over 40 years, according to Iran Press.
Attending a ceremony where seminary students and scholars had gathered in support of IRGC in Mashhad on Thursday, Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Alamolhoda said: "The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is in the hearts of all Iranian people."
He added: "The abusive US action has increased the love of IRGC in people's heart and all Iranians consider themselves to be the guardians of the Islamic Revolution."
Releasing a statement, students, lecturers and professors of the seminary condemned the US plot against IRGC.
On April 8, Trump placed IRGC on terrorism blacklist which drew a fierce reaction from the global community.
In a reciprocal move, Iran also identified US a sponsor of terrorism and its central command (CENTCOM) as a terrorist group.
