Hormozgan (IP) - Maritime tourism is booming in the southern Iranian province of Hormozgan with holiday-makers boarding cruise ships operating between the mainland and Qeshm Island.

Iran Press/Iran news: Tourism is booming in the southern province of Hormozgan with a large fleet of cruise ships operating between mainland Iran and a number of Islands in the Persian Gulf, particularly the Island of Qeshm.

Qeshm is the largest Island in the Persian Gulf, and there are many 'landing crafts' and cruise ships operating between Bandar Abbas on the mainland and the busy ports of 'Pohl' and 'Laft' on the Island of Qeshm.

Landing crafts displace vehicles and cars between the mainland and Qeshm and currently, there are 40 of these crafts operating every day between Bandar Abbas and the ports of 'Pohl' and 'Laft ' on the Island of Qeshm. 103/211
