Iran Press/Iran news: The chancellor of the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Mohammad Aghajani (MD), said on Tuesday that in the latest academic ranking of 22000 universities throughout the world, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences was ranked among the top 300 universities for medicine and medical sciences, and it was ranked among the top 500 universities in all subjects.
According to an Iran Press report, Aghajani went on to say that during the last forty years of the Islamic Revolution, Iran's achievements in the medical sciences have been very significant.

Speaking at a Press Conference on Tuesday, on the subject of "Innovative methods of incurable brain tumor, treatment", Aghajani emphasized that during the last 3 weeks, two pieces of significant news have been made public by the university, namely: 1.the methods treatment of Urolithiasis 2. The new methods of detecting chemical and poisonous substances in food.
