Iran Press/Iran news: At the opening ceremony of the achievements exhibition of the Islamic Revolution, Ali Larijani added that we are not angry with the world but use the resources and capacities of the country to be independent.
He added that the Iranian nation's efforts cannot be fully displayed in an exhibition, because the Islamic Revolution was a huge movement in the contemporary world, Iran Press reported.
Larijani also said that nation's massive movement created a great earthquake on the international and regional scene and frightened the Americans because of the geographical location of Iran and the resources that Iran had, our country had great importance for the Americans.
Larijani said that we were the country which had 36 million populations, we produced 6 million barrels of oil, but our country was not developed (during the Pahlavi Era); several cities were developed and the rest were underdeveloped.
Iranian Parliament Speaker also said that after the victory of Iranian revolution, many countries said that you cannot be independent, but despite our suffering during the years of imposed war, we used our capacities and made progress.
Larijani also said that Iran is not willing to lose its dignity, and our country has mastered many technologies.101/202
