Iran Press/Iran news: Emphasizing that Tehran will not be the first party who violates Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the chairman of Iran's supreme national security council said that if Europe is reluctant to pay the cost of maintaining JCPOA, it needs to know that Iran will not wait for Europe.
In an interview with the Persian-language 'Tehran Foreign Policy Studies Quarterly' published on Monday, Shamkhani said: "Europeans should not expect Iran to abandon its rights and the facilities it has provided to Tehran for mutual action", Iran Press reported.
Earlier on November 26, 2018, Araghchi who was one of the top nuclear negotiators during tough talks on the JCPOA told a seminar on peaceful nuclear cooperation between Iran and the European Union in Brussels that the JCPOA was an important achievement both to Iran and the EU.
Reiterating that the US president thinks that he can impose his unreasonable and domineering demands on the Iranian people using economic pressure, Shamkhani emphasized that the US is even unable to force major countries in the world to impose sanctions against Iran.

The chairman of Iran's supreme national security noted that Iranian people have been able to neutralize all the White House's disasters for the last forty years with vigilance, and in this period it will defeat US conspiracy by relying on internal capacities.
Reiterating that current developments in West Asia indicate that the security crisis of the Israeli regime is rising, Shamkhani said: "the Zionist regime cannot hide its concerns and weakness in the face of Resistance's missiles".

Shamkhani added: "The Islamic Republic of Iran is not seeking to influence any other country. Other nations of the region are all Muslims and their dominance over their own destiny is the greatest asset for protection of regional security".
