A member of Yemen's Ansarullah movement has emphasized that the Iranian people 'understand the hardships' that the Yemeni people are going through.

Iran Press/Iran news: In an interview with Iran-Press News Agency on Tuesday night, on the sidelines of the 'Yemen, Resistance and Oppression' forum, Mohamad Al-Ghabli, a member of Yemen's Ansarullah movement was asked why Iran is supporting Yemen.

He replied: "The Iranian people endured hardship. For many years the Iranian people went through hardships and burdens imposed upon them by the oppressive regime of Israel and the United States. So today Iranians understand very well what hardships and difficulties the Yemeni people are going through -- difficulties heaped upon them by United States and Israel."

The Iranian capital Tehran on Tuesday host the 'Yemen, Resistance and Oppression' forum in support of the oppressed and resisting people of Yemen.

The forum opened by the Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki and a number of representatives of the Yemeni people. 101/211
