Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in a message hailed the international consensus over preserving Iran nuclear deal (also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action).

"Met with President and FM of Singapore and FMs of China, New Zealand, Australia and Indonesia. Clear global consensus on need to take concerted action to preserve JCPOA,” Zarif's tweet reads.

He then referred to the meeting with European Union Foreign Policy Chief, adding, “also detailed review with HR Mogherini of actions by EU and beyond to ensure economic benefits to Iranian people.”

Furthermore, Zarif published a photo summarizing all of his meetings on Friday which include, meetings with Singaporean Minister of Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan, Singaporean President Halimah Yacob, ASEAN Secretary General Lim Jock Hoi, European Union Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs Julie Bishop, New Zealand’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Winston Peters and Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi.

Zarif travelled to Singapore on Wednesday to attend the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and flied back home today on Saturday.
