Vice President of Operation and International Transportation at Railways of Islamic Republic of Iran (RAI), Hossein Ashouri,said, This summer, as in previous years, the number of passenger trains and their servicing hours will increase.
He added, By considering the number of passengers ,capacity of trains will grow .
Ashouri also said,The passenger section of our trains has grown by eleven percent over the past two months and We will continue this process in the coming months.
He said,Launching the Tabriz - Van train is one of our upcoming plans and this train will transfer passengers every day.
Ashouri added,launching Tehran-Ankara train will take place by the end of this year.
