President Rouhani has attended the ceremony of the turning of year 1397 alongside the families that were hit by the earthquake in Kermanshah province.
In the ceremony that was held in the yard of the local government building of Kermanshah province, Hassan Rouhani has appeared live on TV to send his new year message after listening the Supreme Leader’s new year message.
