Iran press/Middle East: Speaking to reporters after the G20 summit in Japan, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said that the leaders of Russia, Iran and Turkey would hold a summit in July to discuss developments in Syria.

The upcoming visit in Kazakhstan will be the fifth summit of presidents of guarantor countries of the Astana process on Syria. The first summit was held in November 2017 in Sochi, the second in April 2018 in Ankara, and the third in September 2018 in Tehran.
