No cyber attacks in Iran

Despite some Western sources' claims, Iranian officials dismissed any suggestion of cyber-attack on the county's oil and other critical infrastructure.

Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's Presidential Strategic Management Centre has denied any successful cyber-attack on Iran's oil and other critical infrastructure.

According to Iran Press, the centre has announced that according to observations and contrary to some Western media reports, no successful cyber-attack has been launched against Iranian oil or other sensitive infrastructure.

Iran's Presidential Strategic Management Centre, AFTA, also asked all news agencies and news outlets, publications and cyberspace activists to ensure accuracy of these sorts of news from relevant officials before publishing or releasing them.

Earlier, some Western news outlets claimed that a number of Iranian servers and websites - including those of some petrochemical firms, were under a cyber-attack. 101/211/212
