Iran foreign ministry spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi

Iran's foreign ministry spokesman has said the claim about the country's alleged role in Saudi Aramco attacks is total nonsense, untrue, void and invalid.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's foreign ministry spokesman Seyyed Abbas Mousavi, said that Iran's role in the Saudia Aramco's attack is baseless and expressed hope that, world public opinion and international organizations pay attention to the crimes that Saudi Arabia has committed against the Yemeni people.

He stressed that: "The Yemeni army and civilian forces claim responsibility for the attack on Saudi Aramco oil facilities, and it may be difficult for some countries, such as Saudi Arabia and the United States, to admit that the oppressed Yemeni nation and its defense forces have attained such capabilities, so it is natural for them to try to bring these charges to a powerful country like our country," Iran Press reported.

Mousavi also added: "We are not looking for tensions and insecurity in the region and we always support political solutions to the conflicts in the region. The four-article plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which emphasizes the ceasefire and the need for humanitarian assistance and dialogue between Yemeni groups, is still on the table and in the different process of negotiations we had with (EU / E4), the talks that took place in Stockholm, and the trips that Yemeni officials had to Iran, we insisted that political dialogue be a key solution."

The spokesman added: "We must also understand the Yemeni people's oppression, The Islamic Republic of Iran has always supported the Yemeni people's oppression, as Saudi Arabia's reaction is natural because they are daily committing crimes against Yemeni children and Yemeni women." 101/211/216
