Iran Press/Iran news: Saeed Rasouli said on Saturday that rail based dry ports have an important role in development of transit, attracting foreign investments into the country and coping with the sanctions.
In an interview with Iran Press on the sideline of visiting Shahid Rajaee port in Hormozgan province in southern Iran, Saeed Rasouli said: "Rail infrastructure development is seriously on the agenda of the Iranian government."
Emphasizing on the role of development of rail transportation in transit of goods, the head of the Islamic Republic of Iran's railway reiterated: "Shahid Rajaee port has proper infrastructure for transit development.
