250 people killed in Deir Yassin massacre

Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman said that the world will never forget crimes the Zionist regime has committed.

Iran Press/Iran news: On the anniversary of the Zionist regime’s crimes against the Palestinians in Deir Yassin village in 1984, Bahram Qasemi further added that the fragile foundation of the Zionist regime has been based on hostility, aggression and assassination.

“The killer regime has adopted hypocritical plans to secure its expansionist interests and its terrorist nature is founded on massacre of innocent people, as it commits overt and covert assassinations to omit its opponents,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman said according to IRNA.

They try in vain to create a superficial layer of security by attempting to consign their nasty history into oblivion, neglecting that tyranny will not last and it should stand accountable for shedding the bloods unjustly, he said.

April 9 coincides with the 68th anniversary of massacre in Deir Yassin, which was a major reason behind displacement of the Palestinians.

Early in the morning of 9 April 1948, around 120 members of the underground Jewish militia groups, the Irgun (also known as the IZL), and the Stern Gang, entered the Palestinian Arab village of Deir Yassin and killed somewhere between 100 and 250 people, including men, women, children, and the elderly. 101/201
