Iran Press/ Iran news: The conference will be held today and tomorrow at the Road Research, Housing and Urban Research Center with the focus of the National Sustainable Urban Recovery Program, the development of urban settlements, rural development and rural development policies, modern housing and living facilities financing methods.
According to Iran press, the workshops of the eighteenth conference on housing development policies included familiarization with housing, human settlements, Tehran renovations, the development of electronic housing registries and buildings, and the analysis and forecasting of the housing market.
At this conference,Minister of Roads and Urban Development,Abbas Akhundi ,Deputy Minister of Housing and Building,Hamed Mazaherian,and Deputy Director of Urban Development Planning and Affairs of Tehran Municipal Councils, Hojatollah Mirzai,have been attended respectively as the Supreme Leader of the Conference,the Secretary of the Conference and Academic Secretary .
Minister of Roads and Urban Development said uncertainty as the main problem and the root of the current economic crisis in Iran and added that the transformation of positive and negative expectations has played a crucial role in the escalation of the crisis.
Referring to the macroeconomic crisis in the country, he said: "In the context of the environment that governs the Iranian economy, the discussion of sectoral policies is very imperfect, and the relationship between different sectors and macroeconomics needs to be discussed.
Akhundi added: Macroeconomics is directly related to all sectors, and to deal with problems in different sectors, such as the housing sector, these sectors should be investigated with macroeconomics.
Referring to the reasons for the crisis, he said, economists say market volatility is due to uncertainty in society, as it says that there is no more toxic than the uncertainty and uncertainty of the future for the economy.
Akhoundi also said, said the evidence shows that the economic crisis is due to structural defects, which are aggravated by political factors, in fact, it can be said that the theory of expectations in the formation and intensification of the crisis plays a crucial role.
