Amnesty International, US, mass shootings

Amnesty International issued a global warning to those travelling to the United States after 31 people killed in two mass shootings in the country last weekend.

Iran Press/America: The Amnesty International travel advisory for the country of the United States of America warned then people worldwide to be cautious when travelling throughout the USA.

According to Iran Press, it warned travellers to remain vigilant at all times and to avoid places where large groups congregate, including places of worship, schools or nightclubs, all locations that have been targeted recently.

"Depending on the traveller's gender identity, race, country of origin, ethnic background, or sexual orientation, they may be at higher risk of being targeted with gun violence, and should plan accordingly," the advisory added.

The human rights groups issued the travel warning in midst of high levels of gun violence, which Amnesty International referred to as 'a human rights crisis'.

Two separate shootings this week in two cities of El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio, were killed thirty-two and injured dozens. At least in one of these shootings, the aggressive racial motivation of shooter is proven.
