The Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and China consulted on the comprehensive strategic Partnership plan between the two countries.

Iran Press/Iran News: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who visited China at the invitation of the Chinese Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, wrote on Twitter on Saturday, "Fruitful talks in beautiful Tengchong with my friend Wang Yi on Iran-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership." 

"Rejected US unilateralism and the US attempts to create a unipolar world. Agreed on strengthening our ties including a 25-year plan, regional cooperation, preserving JCPOA & vaccine collaborations," Zarif added.

In another Chinese-language tweet, referring to the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2021, FM Zarif called it a new opportunity, adding that the concept of a comprehensive strategic partnership between Iran and China would be enriched in the future.
