China Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lu Kang

China Foreign Ministry Spokesperson said that tensions in the Persian Gulf region serve no country's interests and will have a negative impact on global.

Iran Press/Asia:  'Lu Kang', in his regular press conference on Wednesday, described china position on latest tension made by US aggressive policy against Iran, saying: "Current tensions in the Persian Gulf region serve no country's interests and will have a negative impact on global political security and world economy."

"Of course China is concerned. That's why we have been trying to persuade relevant parties to exercise restraint and seek a proper solution through dialogue," 'Lu Kang' added, Iran Press reported.

China Foreign Ministry Spokesperson said: "China exchanged ideas with Iran, the US and other sides in Iran Nuclear deal. We have made clear our position that conflict and confrontation will lead us nowhere and that dialogue and consultation is the only way out."

'Lu Kang' added: "We hope relevant parties can exercise restraint and step up dialogue to properly address each other's concerns." 205/ 213
