As US decision to pull out of the Iran deal has sparked outrage worldwide US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley claimed Washington is not alone on the deal.

Iran Press/America- Speaking at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies on Tuesday, Nikki Haley said,United States isn’t alone in considering the Iran deal fundamentally flawed, even if it may seem that way

“Honestly the other countries [who were parties to the Iran deal came to me and said ‘We know. You’re right.’ But because everybody loves the deal, and their hand prints are on it, and they have to say it was successful, they were tiptoeing around all of these things,” Haley said. “They just don’t want to admit they were wrong” even though “they had good intentions.”

Addressing audience at the same event, US special representative for Iran and the leader of Iran Action Group Brian Hook said that Iran must stop the development of ballistic missiles, enriching uranium and to withdraw all of its forces from Syria.

Newly appointed representative added that US intends to get global Iranian crude oil imports as close to zero as possible by November 4th.

Meanwhile, US Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis claimed on Tuesday that Iran is the “single biggest destabilizing element in the Middle East region.”

On May 8, US President Donald Trump pulled the US out of the The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) reached between Tehran and the world powers in 2015.

Washington has since told countries they must stop buying the OPEC producer's oil from November 4 or face financial consequences.

Under the JCPOA, Iran undertook to put limits on its nuclear program in exchange for the removal of nuclear-related sanctions imposed against Tehran.

Donald Trump’s decision to scrap the nuclear deal has deepened US isolation and was sharply criticised by other signatories of the deal, who have pledged to uphold their side of the agreement.
