Tehran (IP) - On the first Friday of the month of Muharram, the World Conference of Hossaini (AS) Infants was held in the Grand Mosalla mosque of Tehran.

Iran PressIran news: In commemoration of the youngest martyr of the Karbala and the son of Imam Hussain, Ali Asghar, the 20th World Imam Hussain Infants Assembly was held in Tehran along with the other major cities across Iran on the first Friday of Muharram month, August 5.

 The mothers accompany their infants to the ritual in their bosoms to renew allegiance with Imam Hussain.

The ceremony is also held in other countries to convey the message of humanity, resistance, and loyalty to the world.

There, in the event and a symbolic move, mothers clad their infants in green to commemorate the youngest martyr of the Karbala, Ali Asghar, announcing their allegiance to follow the path of Imam Hussain.

The International Day of Ali Asghar narrates and screens the incident of Ashura and Al Umayyad's oppression, pressures, and bullying against Imam Hussain and his companions more than 1,300 years ago.
