After the JCPOA Joint Commission, the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister said that they still had big challenges ahead.

Iran PressEurope: Abbas Araghchi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Chairman of the Iranian delegation participating in the JCPOA Joint Commission meeting, said in an interview after today's meeting in Vienna: "We still have bigger challenges that we have not yet found solutions to them. All the delegations are trying to find solutions to these challenges and we may or may not reach solutions, but there are big challenges and very difficult details that we need to agree on word for word."

He added: "The process is on the right track, we have both big challenges and difficult details."

The Deputy Foreign Minister noted: "The working groups will start their work from today. If it is necessary to review the work process of these working groups, and if it is necessary to find solutions, we will hold a joint commission meeting."

He added: "Our focus now is on 3 working groups. Two groups of lifting sanctions and the nuclear will draft the text, and for the third one, we will still have to discuss ways to conduct the verification debates so that we can reach a solution."
