Iran Press/ Iran news: In the terrorist act of June 28, 1981, Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti, the head of the Supreme Court of Iran, and 72 officials of the Judicial system were martyred by the bombing of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MKO).
After the terrorist act, June 21 to 27 has been named 'Judiciary Week' in the Islamic Republic of Iran calendar.
Attending a ceremony on the martyrdom of Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti, Iran's Attorney-General Mohammad Jafar Montazeri noted that the Iranians unleashed their arrogance and colonialism under Imam Khomeini's (RA) leadership.
He said: "MKO did not stop their plots under US, Europe, and Israel support."
Montazeri pointed out: "With the cooperation of the intelligence and security agencies and the Iranian judiciary, 700 indictments have now been filed against this evil terrorist organization, and soon the international court will be held to punish these criminals."
