Iran Press/ America: The United States’ top General Mark Milley has said he does not support removing the name of Quds Force of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) from Washington’s list of sanctions, an apparent key demand from Tehran to revive the multilateral nuclear deal.
Speaking to the Senate Armed Services Committee on Thursday, US Chief of Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley said it was his “personal opinion” that the Quds Force, a branch of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), should not be removed from Washington’s list of sanctions.

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin had refused to answer the same question moments earlier.
“Respectfully, I won’t comment on negotiations that are ongoing and speculate on what my advice to the president is going to be,” Austin told lawmakers.
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said that China, Russia, and three European participants in the Vienna talks to revive the 2015 Iran Nuclear Deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), had constructive stances, but the US should adopt a realistic approach.
Amir-Abdollahian said that the Islamic Republic of Iran wanted a good, strong, and sustainable deal, but the American side should adopt a realistic approach instead of excessive demands and obstruction.
