Iran Press/America: The Donald Trump administration is trotting out a new line of attack against Iran over its nuclear program as it continues to expand its so-called maximum pressure campaign.
A synopsis of a pending annual State Department report on international nuclear compliance released this week accuses Iran of potentially violating the 1970 Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
The allegations lay the groundwork for the administration to argue that Iran is in violation of its 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, despite the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) assertions to the contrary, reported Iran press, citing al-monitor.
The new allegations are largely based on the Israeli intelligence claims alleging that Iran was removing nuclear material and equipment from an undeclared site, in violation of the NPT.
The new allegations contradict the State Department’s previous nonproliferation reports.
Iran' s non-stop compliance confirmed by IAEA
However; The US intelligence community has assessed that Iran is in compliance with the deal. Earlier on April 3, The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has reaffirmed Iran's compliance with its nuclear-related commitments under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

"In my regular reports to the board I have stated that Iran is implementing those commitments," IAEA Chief Yukiya Amano stressed on Tuesday.
"Since January 2016, the agency [IAEA] has been verifying and monitoring Iran's implementation of its nuclear-related commitments under the JCPOA," he added.
According to an Iran Press report, Amano further noted that IAEA inspectors have full access to all locations required to verify the deal's implementation.
The US, however, unilaterally left the deal last May, although the agreement has been ratified in the form of a United Nations Security Council resolution. It later reintroduced sanctions that had been lifted under the deal.
ISTEX: Financial Support of Iran's contribution to JCPOA
A special clearinghouse designed to allow European companies that trade with Iran to bypass newly re-imposed US sanctions has been set up in Europe.
The clearinghouse, known as the Instrument in Support of Trade Exchanges (INSTEX), is seen as critical to reassuring Tehran that the EU genuinely wishes to reward Iran for signing the 2015 deal on its nuclear program by expanding business with the country.
France, Germany and the UK are the initial shareholders of the INSTEX mechanism for trade with Iran, which has been registered in the French capital, Paris, with a capital of 3,000 euros, and will be governed by a German banking expert.104/203
