Tehran (IP) - The Iranian Minister of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism said that the UN World Tourism Organization approved in a regional meeting in the Philippines the establishment of an international thematic center of handicrafts in Isfahan, central Iran.

Iran Press/Iran news: Ezzatollah Zarghami told reporters on Wednesday that pursuing the issue took 10 years and finally with the speech the head of the UNWTO delivered at the regional meeting, the establishment of the intranational center in Iran was approved.  

He talked about concerts in the country and the artists' interest in performing at historical sites to better promote the arts. 

For the first time in history, 5,400 people watch a concert every night in Persepolis, Zarghami said and added that these concerts will be internationalized so that Iranians and other people around the world can see the performances. 204
