Iran Press/ Iran news: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote in his twitter: "On the anniversary of US' ceasing participation in the JCPOA, I urged the UNSG Antonio Guterres to hold the US accountable for violating its duties & forcing others to do so, too."
"Lawless bullying jeopardizes UN credibility & threatens int'l peace & security," Zarif tweeted.
Iran's foreign minister also send a letter to UNSG and asked him to obliged the US to abide by its commitments.
In his letter, Zarif reminded important points on US' illegal withdrawal from the JCPOA, unilateral sanctions against Iran and gross, repeated and constant violations of the UN Charter, especially Article 25 of the UN Charter which threatens credit and sovereignty of the body, international peace, and security.
