Iran Press/ Iran News: According to Safa news agency on Tuesday, Fathi al-Qarawi, a representative of the Palestinian Legislative Council said: "The UAE's recent agreement with the Zionist Regime is, in fact, a declaration of support for the regime to continue settling in the Palestinian territories, depriving Palestinians of their rights and trying to defeat the convergence of Palestinian groups."

Al-Qarawi said that the failure of the plans related to the annexation of the West Bank, the meeting of the secretaries-general of the Palestinian groups in an attempt to instill convergence among these groups, has made the Zionist Regime upset.
He added: "For this reason, any occupation action must be responded to with internal solidarity."
The Zionist Regime and the UAE announced an agreement on August 13 to normalize diplomatic relations. This agreement has been widely criticized in the Islamic world.
