Iran Press/ Iran News: In response to the US President Donald Trump's accusation against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad-Javad Zarif tweeted on Thursday, stating that Trump uses a worthless photo to recklessly accuse Iran.
"Last time, the US ruined our region over WMD [Weapon of Mass Destruction] fabrications, wasting $7 trillion and causing 58,976 American casualties," he added.
"This time it will be far worse," Zarif noted.
The US president had accused Iran of launching a rocket attack on the US embassy in Baghdad on Sunday morning, without providing any evidence and simply sharing a picture of several unidentified mortar shells.
