Iran Press/Iran News: Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf highlighted that anyone who commits the crime has no sign of humanity and morality.
Ghalibaf stressed that the Islamic Ummah's commonalities are so great that there are no excuses for division and conflict.
Expressing that the issue of Palestine is still the first issue of the Islamic world and supporting the cause of Palestine and Holy Quds, is the link between Muslims around the world, the speaker of the Iranian parliament stated: "Turning your back on the axis of the unity of the Islamic world and the normalization of relations with the fake, terrorist, and usurper Zionist regime is the basis for division among the Islamic Ummah."
Ghalibaf noted that the normalization of relations between a few Arab countries and the Zionist regime is a clear betrayal of the Palestinian cause, but will certainly not affect the resistance and the genuine Palestinian people's will to realize their rights.
The speaker of the Iranian parliament stated, as the Takfiri extremists, especially in the last decade, in the name of Islam have falsely been the cause of conflict in the region, there is a small group among Muslims, including Sunnis and the Shia, who are sowing apple of discord not understanding the interests of Islam and Muslims, both of which must be condemned.
Ghalibaf noted that if discords in the Islamic world are eliminated, more than one and a half billion Muslims will have no problems and support each other.
The speaker stated that today, the Islamic Republic had created a model of understanding, peaceful life, and respect among Muslims with its firm belief and pride.
The 34th Islamic Unity International Conference started virtually today (Thursday), with 167 prominent figures of the Islamic world.
Over 167 prominent figures from 47 Muslim countries and 120 Iranian speakers will give webinars on conference topics.
The closing ceremony of the conference will be held on Monday, coinciding with the 16th of Rabi al-Awal, the night of the birth of the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH).
