Tehran (IP) - One of the largest international exhibitions of Iran's export capabilities with the participation of more than 60 foreign countries will be held in Tehran from May 17 to 20,2023.

Iran PressIran news: Mehdi Safari, the Deputy Minister of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, in a press conference about the exhibition on Wednesday, said: "750 local companies and more than 60 foreign companies from 15 countries will participate in this exhibition at the level of Minister, Advisor to the Minister and Vice President of Trade."

He emphasized: "We will host 1,500 to 2,000 people in this exhibition."

Pointing out that the policies of the 13th government have always been working with neighboring countries, Africa and Latin America, and emphasizing the export of non-oil goods, Safari said: the leader has always emphasized on economic diplomacy.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs said: The exhibition has been planned for 8 months ago and all our agencies abroad have been activated.

He added: "The distinguishing feature of this exhibition is the full financial and work support of the government for the exhibition, and the continuation of this movement is very important."

750 reputable domestic companies and more than 60 foreign countries, 15 countries at the level of minister and advisor to the minister, and many countries at the level of trade deputies. China is participating with more than 80 traders.

Safari added: Considering the resumption of relations with Saudi Arabia, a delegation from Saudi Arabia will also participate in this exhibition.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs added: Businessmen participating in this exhibition from the UAE, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, Africa, and Latin America will visit 12 different petrochemical sectors and different goods, and it is expected that contracts of up to one billion dollars will be signed between Iran and other countries.
