Iran Press/ Iran News: Brigadier-General Esmail Qaani, the Commander of the Revolutionary Guard's Quds Force, Abdullah Safi al-Din, the representative of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement in Iran, and the families of the martyrs Soleimani, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, Pourjafari, and a number of artists and poets attended the meeting entitled “The Sarbedaran Commander Poetry Congress”.
An expert team composed of Amiri-Esfandaqeh, Saeid Yusefnia, and Mostafa Mohaddes Khorasani has selected poems, and music composer Hossein Taqipur was acting as an advisor to the congress.
Poem reciting, Symphony performance, Anthem, and lecturing were parts of the ceremony.
Attending the ceremony, Zeinab Soleimani, General Soleimani's daughter appreciate the Art Bureau of the Islamic Ideology Dissemination Organization for organizing the meeting to commemorate her father’s heroism.
The best works of art performed at the congress are supposed to be announced in December.
Recalling Gen. Soleimani's heroism, the director of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature reiterated that Soleimani's school of thought should be followed at Iranian schools.
Gholam-Ali Haddad Adel noted: "Gen. Soleimani's void is an opportunity to recognize his never-ending values."
At the end of the ceremony, the families of the martyrs Soleimani, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and Pourjafari, and a number of artists were honored.
