Syria's government rejected news about the stop of flights in the Syrian international airport.

Iran Press/West Asia: The Head of the Syrian Civil Aviation Authority Basem Mansour announced on Saturday that Damascus International Airport remains active at full capacity and that the termination of its activity is a rumor spread by some media.

Also, the Defense Ministry of Syria announced in a statement that the Syrian army forces around Hamah and Hems carried out heavy rocket and artillery attacks on the rebellious armed groups and their aid lines.

"At the same time, Syrian and Russian fighters also carried out concentrated attacks on terrorist gatherings, which led to the death of dozens of terrorists and the destruction of a large number of their equipment and vehicles," the statement added.

Yet, the armed militants claimed that they encroached in al-Quneitra Governorate in southwestern Syria.

Armed opponents in Syria launched a massive attack on the positions of the Syrian army in the northwestern, western, and southwestern regions of Aleppo, on the morning of November 27, 2024, while being supported by some foreign countries.
