Sarajevo (IP) – The conference welcoming Ramadan was held by the Mullah Sadra Foundation in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the participation of a group of scholars and religious figures at the Bosniak Institute in Sarajevo.

Iran PressEurope: On the eve of the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan and the importance of this month for the Muslims of the Western Balkans, especially the Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a conference was held to welcome Ramadan under the title of Ramadan, Spiritual Ascension of Man, with the participation of the Islamic Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Mulla Sadra Foundation in Sarajevo.

Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sarajevo Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkaman, The Representative of the Islamic community Safid Malkich, the Director of the Mulla Sadra Foundation Qabad Soleimani, and university professor Nosrat Isanovich, were among the speakers of this conference.

Ebrahimi Torkaman started his speech by requesting the recitation of Fatiha for the joy of the souls of the martyrs of Gaza and said that among the 12 months, the only month whose name is mentioned in the Quran is Ramadan; In the Holy Quran, the word Ramadan is used once and fasting is used twelve times in different words.

Regarding the importance of Ramadan as the month of God's feast, he said that God invites man to his feast twice, and he becomes the guest of man once. The two times when He invites man to a feast are Hajj and Ramadan, and the one time when God becomes the guest of man is the guest of a broken heart.

The month of Ramadan in Bosnia and Herzegovina is one of the most beautiful months in this country and Muslims have a special love for this month of mercy and forgiveness. 219
