Iran Press/ Iran news: Referring to the positive effects of Iran's economic agreements with Eurasia, Hadi Tizhoosh Taban, the head of the Iran-Russia Joint Chamber of Commerce, said: "Due to sanctions and some incomplete necessary infrastructures, including the Rasht-Qazvin and Rasht-Astara railways, the union's capacities were not used properly."
He added: "By completing the north-south corridor (NOSTRAC), we can have a good change in the field of transit."
