Iran Press/ Europe: In a statement, Russia's Defense Ministry said that four Ukrainian Sukhoi-27 fighter jets, one Mil Mi-8 helicopter and a Bayraktar drone were shot down in the area around Zhytomyr, Sputnik news agency reported.
The Russian Defense Ministry also announced that it had destroyed five radar stations and two Buk-M1 missile systems.
Meanwhile, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said: "At 6 pm on Saturday, Russian forces resumed to advance in the area of operations after Kyiv refused to put pressure on the nationalist armed forces to comply with the ceasefire."
Russian state television also reported on Saturday evening that Russian forces had reached the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.
