Fars(IP)- In terms of conservation value, the Iranian yellow deer is one of the endangered species of the International Wildlife Conservation Organization whose revival seems necessary.

Iran PressIran News:  According to Iranpress, the Iranian yellow deer is smaller than Maral and bigger than Roe deer.

A number of these animal species are protected in the restoration, breeding and breeding site of Iranian yellow deer in Abadeh Tashk region of Fars province in an area of about 300 hectares.

Iranian yellow deer is awake to feed at night and rests mostly under the shade of trees during the day.

During the construction of the Iranian yellow deer breeding site in Abadeh Tashk area, seven yellow deer which are Iranian animal species were released in this complex.

Abadeh Tashk is a city and capital of Bakhtegan County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,213 in 1,614 families.

Today, however, due to security and proper nutrition during the four seasons and continuous monitoring, Iranian yellow deer have grown well and now their number has reached about 80.

In addition to preventing the extinction of the Iranian yellow deer, this complex is a tourist attraction in Fars province.
