Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's ambassador to France Bahram Ghasemi wrote in a twitter message, "On the occasion of the start of the month of Ramadan 2020, I offer my congratulations to all French Muslims. Ramadan, in the light of spiritual and enlightening teachings, represents the opportunity for friendship, solidarity and empathy."
"During these difficult days when the world is facing the pandemic of COVID-19, I wish peace, tranquility, security and health for you and for all the peoples of the world," he said.
Today is the last day of the month of Sha'ban and tomorrow (Saturday, April 25) will be the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.
