Iran Press/ Iran News: After participating in one of the IRIB TV programs covering the candidates' electoral campaigns, Abdolnasser Hemmati told reporters on Wednesday that his administration should consider public welfare, noting that he should achieve it with an expert program.
Hemmati, former Governor of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) also pointed to the problems of the agricultural sector, stating that the government should not set prices for agricultural products.
He pointed out that instead of setting prices on agricultural products, the government should guarantee its purchase from farmers, and the prices of agricultural products should be borne by the market.
He added that another important issue in the agricultural sector had been the supply of agricultural inputs, which needed to be organized in the current situation.
