Tehran (IP) - Iran's President, Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi on wedensday morning departs Tehran for Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan.

Iran PressIran news: President Raisi and accompanying delegation on an official visit to Tajikistan and meeting with Tajik senior officials aim to broaden strategic ties between the two countries.

President Raisi’s visit to Dushanbe will be held at the official invitation of Tajik President Emomali Rahmon tomorrow.

According to Iran's ambassador to Tajikistan, Alireza Haghighian Iranian president will ink major memoranda of understanding (MoUs) on his trip to Dushanbe.

Signing cooperation documents in various fields, holding a joint trade and economic conference, and issuing a joint statement by the presidents of the two countries are on the agenda of the president’s trip to Dushanbe, he said.
