Iran Press/Middle East: The leader of the world's Catholics, Pope Francis, accompanied by his delegation, went to Ayatollah Sistani's house in Najaf this morning.
After more than a year of COVID restrictions, Pope Francis arrived in Iraq on Friday on a four-day trip amid tight security and curfews.
Upon his arrival, the pope was greeted by Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi and a group of officials at Baghdad airport.
He also met Iraqi President Barham Salih yesterday.
