The International Festival of Culture and Spring, hosted by NUML University of Pakistan, opened in Islamabad on Monday with the participation of various countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the 'Nowruz and Iranian Civilization' pavilion was enthusiastically welcomed by the participants.
