Iran Press/Iran news: The Kurdish festival was held from 19 to 21 June 2019, with Mohammad Omid, the rural development assistant of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and a number of provincial officials attending the ceremonies in the village of Dizaj-e-Margor, featuring nomadic and rural festivities, Iran Press reported.
Aiming to introduce Kurdish culture and traditions, in this Kurdish festival the artistic, cultural and musical groups from the provinces of West Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Ilam and North Khorasan were featured.
Baking local bread and Aash (traditional soup), performing Kurdish music, displaying the artistic work of the Iranian regions alongside the Black Tent of Nomads, was the most important part of the greatest Kurdish festival in Silvana. 101/208/211
